TERMS & CONDITIONS.
These terms and conditions are applied to all our services directly or indirectly (through distributors) made available online, by email or by telephone. By accessing, browsing, and using our website and/or by completing a reservation, you acknowledge and agree to have read, understood and agreed to the terms and conditions set out below (including the privacy statement). The terms and conditions as set out hereunder constitute the entire agreement between you and Winsome Vietnam Vacation
MAKE A BOOKING
The booking should be made online through the Winsomevietnamvacation.com website, directly at the office, or sent by e-mail to: winsomevietnamvacation@gmail.com

Payment and Deposit
To ensure each party is responsible for fulfilling any of its obligations, we set out below our standard payment terms and conditions.
- Deposit: A deposit is required by our specialist in all cases to secure reservations for services such as flights, cruises, and hotels, transportation. Customers will receive a confirmation invoice within 24 hours after we have received the deposit.
- Final Payment: Before the travel date, the due date will depend on the services you book. It will be confirmed by the travel consultant during the booking process.
SETTLEMENT OF ACCOUNTS AND PAYMENT
Client’s payment shall be settled by telegraphic transfer, by cash, credit cards. Except for cash payment, a service charge may apply. In case, the credit facilities have been agreed upon with the Client/Agent, payment shall be settled by swift or telegraphic transfer to the appropriate Winsome Vietnam Vacation bank account. Any bank charges levied by the sending bank relating to transfers to Winsome Vietnam Vacation must be paid by the Client/Agent.Cancellations & Refund
CANCELLATION MADE BY THE CUSTOMER
For certain reasons, if the Customer has to cancel the booked tour/travel services with Winsome Vietnam Vacation, we will be sorry not to be able to serve you and accept the cancellation subject to the cancellation fees and conditions as listed below:
For Bus and rental car booking

- More than 10 days before your departure day: $3/person as service fee
- Between 5 and 10 days prior: 30% of the total price or deposit is forfeited
- Between 2 and 5 days prior: 50% of the total price is charged
- 2 days prior: 100% of total price is charged
For Train tickets booking
- More than 15 days before arrival: A refund is possible but with 10% of the total price charged as a handling fee
- 15 days to 5 days before departure date: 50% of total price will be refunded;
- Within 5 days before departure date: No refund;
- Passenger not showing up: No refund
For Tour and package tour

- More than 30 days prior to your departure day: $5/person as service fee
- Between 10 and 30 days prior: 35% of the total price or deposit is forfeited
- Between 3 and 10 days prior: 50% of the total price is charged
- 3 days prior: 100% of total price is charged
For any service booking on the holiday time will be surcharged 30% for period: TET holiday, New Year, Christmas, Independent days, Hung King’s death anniversary, Vietnam liberation day, International Labor Day, we can not do any cancel and refund.
REFUND OF UNUSED SERVICES
No refunds or exchanges can be made in respect of services which are included in the price but not utilized by the customer, for example, there will be no refund given for any unused or missed ground arrangements, sightseeing, meals or hotel accommodations. For no-show cases full amount will be charged.
TRAVEL DOCUMENTS
You are responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents, including passports and visas. It is the responsibility of individual travelers to see that proper documentation is obtained in advance of the trip. Each passenger must be in possession of a valid passport which must be valid for more than 6 months AFTER the return date of travel.
LIABILITY
Winsome Vietnam Vacation is not responsible for any loss, injury or damage sustained by passengers. Additional expenses incurred due to delays, accidents, natural disasters, pandemics, political actions, and unrest must be borne by the passengers. Whilst we manage to reserve all the suggested services for our clients, in case of transportation accommodation is fully booked, we reserve the right to make changes to services with equivalent quality. In these cases, we will always try our best to inform you about the changes as soon as possible.
If we are unable to provide confirmed services, an alternative option or an alternative departure date will be offered subject to availability. If you don’t accept the alternative option or don’t want to change the date, we will refund your deposit.
