Pick up and drop off

• From Hanoi: pick up and drop off at any Hotel in Hanoi city and Hanoi Airport
• From Sapa: pick up and drop off at Hotels in Sapa town. An extra fee will be applied if your hotel is located in a village far from Sapa town. The operator will reconfirm with you in this case.
• Please wait at the hotel lobby at least 5 minutes before your scheduled pickup time.

Cancellation Policies

• More than 48 hours before the starting time: 90% of the total tour price will be refunded
• 24 hours to 48 hours before starting time: 50% of the total tour price will be refunded
• Within 24 hours before starting time: No refund
• Passenger not showing up: No refund

Bus Itinerary

• The tour guide and small bus start to pick up around Hanoi old quarter 1 hour before departure time, transfer passengers to the meeting point (bus office) for the big sleeping bus to Sapa.
• There are 02 breaks on the way, one at the 57th km and another at the 237th km.
• The bus arrives in Sapa after around 5.5 – 6 hours of transfer.
• For the night bus, you can stay on the bus until 05:30 – 06:00 AM

Pick up and drop off point

• Pick up at any hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter or bus office (If passengers stay outside the Old Quarter).
• If your hotel is located outside the pick-up area, please come to the meet-up location at least 30 minutes before departure time (detail will be sent along with booking confirmation
• We might refuse to pick up at Airbnb around Hano Old Quarter.
• Drop-off at bus office in Sapa town

Other information

• Once you get confirmation from us (Via email / Whatsapp / Line / Wechat), your tickets have been reserved. At the meeting point, there’s no need to show any confirmation or have e-tickets. You need to tell the operators your name to get on the bus
• Each passenger can bring 1 standard-sized luggage and 1 small handbag
• The bus operator will make seat arrangements
