Pick-up point at Noi Bai Airport:
+ For Domestic Flight:
- The meeting point will be the Arrival hall (Lobby A, B, or E)
- Our driver will hold a board writing your name and wait for you
+ For International Flight:
- The meeting point will be Pillar 1F10 outside A2 Arrival Hall
- Our driver will wait there with the board writing your name
Drop-off Point:
Any address hotel in Halong bay city (Bai Chay and Hon Gai area) and Tuan Chau island
Other information
- When making a booking, you will need to advise us of your flight details and your accommodation details (Hotel name and address)
- Your transfer will be confirmed within 24 hours

- Do NOT follow any driver who does NOT have your name on, as they might try to rip you off (usually double the price) with their affiliate taxi services or their own private car
Cancellation policy
- More than 48 hours before departure time: USD 5 / car as handling fee will be charged;
- Within 48 hours before the starting time: No refund
- Passenger not showing up: No refund

On time, clean, safe. Couldn’t have been happier.
We traveled with a 3 and a 5 year old. Getting places comfortably and safely was what we needed.

We had to get from Hanoi to Tuan Chan ferry terminal for a cruise round the bay and then go straight to Noi Ba airport for the flight home. I spoke to Rosa who very promptly arranged for a car and driver for us to use for the day. This worked perfectly on the day and although it was probably a bit more expensive than the bus it was much quicker.

I cannot thank Ms Cindy Ngoc and the Hanoi Transfer Service enough. Terrific company, extremely accommodating and reasonably priced. Excellent communication with Cindy from the minute I made the reservation until I got into the car. She is amazing!
She went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect. Upon my arrival at the pick-up point, she wrote me to make sure I had found the driver and that all was OK
