Bus itinerary Hanoi to Cat Ba Island

• 30 minutes before departure: hotel pick-up if you are staying in Hanoi Old Quarter (please contact us for details)
• Travel via Highway 5B to Cable Car Station (2 hours, including a 15-minute break).
• Travel to Cat Ba Island though Cable Car (Cat Hai Station to Phu Long Station, duration: 8-10 minutes)
• Travel to Cat Ba Town by bus (40 minutes)

Cancellation policy: 

• More than 48 hours before arrival: USD 1.5 / ticket as handling fee will be charged;
• 24 hours to 48 hours before departure time: 50% of the total tour price will be refunded;
• Within 24 hours before departure time: No refund.
• Passengers no show: No refund

Note: - On national holidays and vacations (September 1, 2, 3 and 4; December 30, 31; etc.), surcharge 20% is added

Travelling to Cat Ba Island by Cable car follows the operation schedule announced by 'Sun World Cat Ba Company". In case of delay or cancellation by Sun World Cat Ba, we will change to a Speedboat or Ferry to guarantee your arrival in Cat Ba.
