• 30 minutes before departure: hotel pick-up if you are staying in Hanoi Old Quarter, please contact us for details.
• Travel via Highway 5B to Got Speed Boat Terminal (2 hours, including a 15-minute break).
• Travel to Cai Vieng from Got Port by SPEEDBOAT (not ferry) (8 minutes).
• Travel to Cat Ba Town by bus (40 minutes)

Cancellation policy: 

• More than 48 hours before arrival: USD 1.5 / ticket as handling fee will be charged;
• 24 hours to 48 hours before departure time: 50% of the total tour price will be refunded;
• Within 24 hours before departure time: No refund.
• Passengers no show: No refund
