Pickup and drop off
Pick up: At any hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter or bus office (If the passenger stays outside the Old Quarter)
- The actual pickup time will be reconfirmed via email / WhatsApp by our operators. Please be ready at your hotel lobby 10 minutes before actual pickup time and also inform your hotel receptionist that you are waiting for the picking up of the Group Bus office
- If your hotel is located outside the pick-up area, please come to the meet-up location below at least 30 minutes before departure time
Drop-off: at bus office or any hotel in Sapa town center
- Once you get confirmation from us (Via email / WhatsApp / Line / WeChat), your tickets have been reserved. At the meeting point, there’s no need to show any confirmation or have e-tickets. You just need to tell the operators your name to get in the bus
- Each passenger can bring 1 standard-sized luggage and 1 small handbag
- Seat arrangements will be made by bus operators
Cancellation Policies
- More than 48 hours: USD 1.5 / ticket as handling fee will be charged
- 24 hours to 48 hours before starting time: 50% of the total tour price will be refunded
- Within 24 hours before starting time: No refund

Thank you for a great trip in Sapa. We took the Sapa Express bus from Hanoi to Sapa and we booked it for the return trip again because it was such a good experience on the way there. Our touguide,- Mr Tao was attentive and able to address anyone’s questions about the area and whatever came up along the way. He was also very reassuring when we were driving up the mountain in heavy traffic! The seats were comfortable, the driver was skilled, and we were thoroughly satisfied with our experience!

The green bus from sapa to hanoi was awesome. They provided the blanket, water, wifi, mini bus from the bus station to hostel. Two stops on the way, with a 2hrs between each. Jonas will tell you everything at the first and before each stops. So professional!

We did a return trip between Hanoi and Sapa, and were most impressed. The check in process was relaxed and professional, the staff were friendly and spoke good English. Our main luggage was carefully handled, the bus had good wifi and aircon, and it was clean and comfortable. One is given a bag for shoes, ‘un-reclining’ the seat back reveals a shoe compartment.
It was good value, we were able to sleep, and would highly recommend this.
