Pickup and drop off

Pick up: At any hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter or bus office (If the passenger stays outside the Old Quarter)

• The actual pickup time will be reconfirmed via email / WhatsApp by our operators. Please be ready at your hotel lobby 10 minutes before actual pickup time and also inform your hotel receptionist that you are waiting for the picking up of the Group Bus office
• If your hotel is located outside the pick-up area, please come to the meet-up location below at least 30 minutes before departure time

Drop-off: at bus office or any hotel in Sapa town center 

• Once you get confirmation from us (Via email / WhatsApp / Line / WeChat), your tickets have been reserved. At the meeting point, there’s no need to show any confirmation or have e-tickets. You just need to tell the operators your name to get in the bus
• Each passenger can bring 1 standard-sized luggage and 1 small handbag
• Seat arrangements will be made by bus operators

Cancellation Policies

• More than 48 hours: USD 1.5 / ticket as handling fee will be charged
• 24 hours to 48 hours before starting time: 50% of the total tour price will be refunded
• Within 24 hours before starting time: No refund
