The company texted me via WhatsApp after booking. Communication was perfect, the car was very clean and in very good condition. The driver was friendly.

The service was excellent, no complaints at all. Very trustworthy especially for foreigners. The drivers are very polite & very patient.Highly recommended for a really good service in Hanoi. To describe in one word wonderful. Has a good & a seamless experience
