- From Hanoi: pick up and drop off at any Hotel in Hanoi city and Hanoi Airport
- From Sapa: pick up and drop off at Hotels in Sapa town. An extra fee will be applied if your hotel is located in a village far from Sapa town. The operator will reconfirm with you in this case.
- Please wait at the hotel lobby at least 5 minutes before your scheduled pickup time.
Cancellation Policies
- More than 48 hours before the starting time: 90% of the total tour price will be refunded
- 24 hours to 48 hours before starting time: 50% of the total tour price will be refunded
- Within 24 hours before starting time: No refund
