Your guide will pick you up at your hotel by cyclo, a traditional three-wheeled rickshaw, to begin your night tour through the poetic streets of Hue.

The first stop is “Hang Me” Restaurant on Vo Thi Sau Street, where you'll sample a selection of Hue’s signature savory cakes, including:

Banh Beo (steamed rice cakes)

Banh Nam (flat rice dumplings)

Banh Bot Loc (tapioca dumplings with shrimp and pork)
